Enrolment Week Schedule 2023

Enrolment at Eastleigh College will take place from Tuesday 29th August – Friday 1st September and applicants who have been offered a place for September 2023 will receive an email inviting them to their dedicated enrolment appointment by Wednesday 26th July*. Timings for enrolment are being finalised but the below table details which course areas will be undertaking enrolment throughout the week.

Attendees will need to allow up to 30 minutes for their enrolment and will need to bring with them:

• GCSE exam results slips and/or copies of certificates for all qualifications achieved. You will be unable to enrol without your qualifications.
• Proof of ID; Passport, Birth Certificate, Driving Licence, National insurance card/letter, relationship with school on headed paper, or bank/credit/debit card.

Enrolment Process

• On arrival, you will meet your tutor to discuss your results in line with your offer.
• If your grades do not meet the conditions of your offer do not worry; you will be provided with information, advice and guidance on alternative courses, so please still attend.
• Once your place on your course is confirmed, you will be given an information detailing when and where your induction will take place and any additional course specific information.
• Enrolment will then take place in our Learner Hub where your photo will be taken to create your student ID card.

Should be unable to attend your individual appointment, arrangements will me made for you to attend a later appointment. We enrol throughout September!
