I started a Project Management Apprenticeship in October 2019. There has been a great combination of learning activities. A wealth of Master Classes and Focus Groups to help apprentices to gain invaluable knowledge and opportunity to work in virtual groups and participate in focused discussions. I am currently at the preparation stage for Project Management Qualification exam. To me this is my biggest achievement as it took lots of selfmotivation and perseverance

Learning how to help SEN children and all children learn and grow, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have a newfound confidence in myself and that the work that I do will impact so many lives in the best way! The support that I get is amazing and the course has taught me so many things, like building relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the wider community.

The best thing about my apprenticeship is that there is so much investment put into the training and development here at Eastleigh College and I always have support from my lecturers throughout. It is demanding having to work and gain a qualification at the same time but this has helped me to improve and develop myself as a person.
