At Eastleigh College we offer an extensive range of recognised professional development qualifications to develop your staff, and improve your business performance. We are an accredited centre for many qualifications across a variety of business disciplines including HR, Management, Plumbing and Accountancy.
Where other training providers may only be able to offer courses within one industry area, we aim to provide a holistic solution across your entire company, which will include any support areas such as Finance or Human Resources. Plus we know that our learners find our training valuable too, with the College currently ranked 20th out of 215 General FE Colleges in the county for Learner Satisfaction, with a score of 88.7%.
As well as boosting staff morale, a professionally recognised qualification will equip learners with the confidence, knowledge and skills needed to help drive the business forward in today's competitive market.
Investing in training can boost a business by improving staff retention and performance, as well as increasing efficiency and productivity.
Some courses offered by the College also allow access to professional body memberships, which provide external recognition not just for the employee, but for the organisation as a whole. In addition, it will offer reassurance to customers that they are dealing with a reputable company. Some of our current memberships include:
Professional Catering students recently teamed up with top chefs as they took part in the Dingley Dell’s BBQ Competition at this year’s Universal Cookery and Food Festival, Westlands.

Following the publication of the Government’s Careers Strategy in December 2017, representatives from Eastleigh College have been working hard to create a Careers Programme that ensures that students have the guidance, support and knowledge available to them in order to be ready for their dream career.
