Building surveyors work a range of projects including residential, commercial and agriculture to provide professional advice on land, property and construction. They assist at any stage of a development, from design and building through to restoration or maintenance. The aim of their work is to keep buildings in the best condition while making building work sustainable.
Our classrooms are supplied with up to date surveying equipment, along with the latest IT facilities and software. The staff are fully qualified and have experience in Site Management, Civil Engineering and Architecture.
We have excellent achievements at the Level 3 Extended Diploma and the Level 4 HND here at the College, and many students are able to get an apprenticeship or employment with local employers.
