What opportunities will this course give me?
T Levels are new two-year, Level 3 study programmes that have been developed in collaboration with employers and businesses. T Levels will combine classroom theory, practical learning and a minimum 315 hours of industry placement with an employer to make sure students have real experience of the workplace.
Students who complete a T Level Technical Qualification in Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction will be able to choose between moving into a skilled occupation or further
study; for example, a higher or degree level Apprenticeship, or higher-level technical study,
including higher education and University.
What will I be learning?
This is a two-year full-time programme. During the two-year programme You will learn the underpinning knowledge and concepts of the Construction industry. You will be assessed by completing two externally set Core Examinations and an Employer Set Project.

Why is this course for me?
This course will provide you with the transferable knowledge and skills that will lead to highly paid employment in the construction and built environment sector which includes Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Infrastructure Planning and Design, Sustainable Development, and many more built environment roles.
What do I need to sign up?
This programme is suitable for 16 - 19 year olds. A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade A*-C / 9-4, including Grade 4 in English and Maths is required. You must attend an interview in college and demonstrate an interest in childcare and commitment to study.
