What are the entry requirements?

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, all are welcome.

What does this programme involve?

Hatha Yoga For All are comprehensive classes that offer an introduction to, or continued study of, all approaches to yoga. Sessions will include Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asanas (postures) and Meditation.
Hatha Yoga is easily adapted to suit all levels of ability. Regular practise of Yoga will bring you improved flexibility, concentration, balance and energy levels and help you to achieve a calmer persona.

A College Certificate will be awarded upon request.

How is the programme taught and assessed?

All students will be expected to participate after suitable demonstration and instruction from the tutor.

What else do I need to know?

This course is suitable for all ages and abilities. However, if you have a medical condition that may affect your suitability for this course, please consult your doctor before enrolling. Students need to bring their own mats and warm clothes or a blanket for the relaxation/meditation session.

You will need to bring a non-slip mat, a blanket to keep warm during relaxation and a water bottle. Please wear loose clothing and do not eat within 2 hours of the class. Please check with your G.P. if it is beneficial for you to do yoga if you have any serious medical conditions.

No other costs are anticipated.
