What opportunities will this course give me?
On this course you will learn how to professionally cover a cake in fondant and buttercream to make fun and beautiful Disney celebration cakes.
Whilst this course does not have a formal qualification at the end, it is a fantastic way to widen your skills with hands-on learning material among a group of likeminded baking enthusiasts. The programme will also give you the opportunity to dip your toes in to this potential new career avenue before taking the full dive.

What will I be learning?
You will be learning how to model some classic and much-loved Disney characters to top perfectly both childrens and adult cakes. In addition, you will learn how to make and decorate Disney party cupcakes.
You will be taught under the guidance of a qualified tutor who will teach you the skills and knowledge to make your own Disney themed cakes.
Hygiene, and Health and Safety will also be taught.
You will learn through demonstration and hands on practice, with plenty of time to ask questions.

What do I need to sign up?
There are no formal entry requirements in respect of this course. No previous knowledge or experience is required. This course is for complete beginners or those who have attended other Sugarcraft courses previously.
Is there anything else I need to know?
Learners are responsible for the purchase of ingredients/materials necessary for the course. Further details will be provided to you in advance of the course start date.
For the first class please bring a notebook, pen and a pair of small pointed embroidery scissors.
