Still open and preparing for Enrolment Week
We are still open during office hours although the Eastleigh College main reception and entrance on Chestnut Avenue will be closed until 7 September. This is part of our commitment to ensure strict social distancing measures remain in place in all areas. Looking forward to welcoming new learners during Enrolment Week ready for the start of the new term!
Covid-19 security measures
We have kept our main campus open for learners and staff throughout the pandemic by making changes that ensure the College environment is Covid-19 secure and meets government guidance. If you’d like to know what steps the College is currently taking to protect learners, staff and our community see Covid-19 Information for more details.
Enrolment instructions
With Covid-19 security measures in place we can hold our main enrolment week on campus from 24th to 28th August. (It’s not too late to apply - applications can be made for courses starting in September until Tuesday 29th September. Apply now.)
Applicants will receive individual enrolment instructions with a specified arrival time, designated entrance and room details. It is important that you enrol at the exact time allocated. If you are early or late for your appointment you may be asked to rearrange. If you have any enquiries about enrolment please email learnerjourney@eastleigh.ac.uk Further information for applicants about enrolment is available here.
Blended education programmes
From 7th September all learners (including those planning to attend at College House) will return to a full high-quality education programme as per government guidelines. Term 1 education programmes will be blended and therefore a mix of onsite and online delivery methods.
We received extremely positive feedback from Ofsted about the quality of online learning and support in place at Eastleigh College. And our learners reported that their learning and progress has not been adversely impacted by the lockdown across a range of levels. Read the full story here.
