Studying at University

Most of our Level 3 full-time courses and Apprenticeships enable you to go on and study at University, but it’s best to check with your tutor or our Information, Advice and Guidance team if you are unsure. 

Throughout your time at college you will be offered plenty of support in writing your University application, including personal statements, so please don’t be afraid to ask questions! 

Our students have found that their courses not only prepare them for the world of work, but also for the independent study environment at University. Stephanie Evans studied Level 3 Health and Social Care before she went to Bournemouth University to study Nursing. She said, “One particular thing which came in handy was learning how to write and reference essays properly!”.
