Apprenticeships are fast becoming the smart choice into highly skilled work; they combine learning in College with the exciting challenge of putting your new skills into practice within a real workplace, surrounded by driven professionals. Plus it is predicted that the number of higher skilled jobs that will be available to younger generations when they are of a working age is likely to be far more than the number of people looking for work. This means that you are likely to have a wealth of opportunities and job choices, and that employers are more likely to encourage young people to work their way up through their business.
