About TentBox
We are looking for a motivated and friendly person, with a get-up-and-go attitude to join our
Product Specialist Team. This job is based at our HQ in Chandler’s Ford, Southampton.
TentBox is a fast-growing startup in the camping/leisure space. With a HQ in Chandler's Ford,
we are a local company with national reach, and huge ambitions. The TentBox team is small but
growing and needs a Retail Demonstrations Assistant to support the Product Specialist Team.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out in-person product demonstrations and answering customers’ queries about the
product range to assist with the purchasing process.
Creating orders and using Point of Sale (POS) equipment.
Assisting customers with TentBox installations.
Some manual lifting - training provided.
Preparing pre-paid units for collection.
Enforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of company products and policies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using basic software e.g. email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Requirements
Location: Reliably commute to our HQ in Chandler’s Ford.
Candidates should be a minimum 18 years old
