We are looking for enthusiastic and eager to learn interns for a period of 8 – 12 weeks with an entrepreneurial drive to join our land acquisition & planning department for 8 – 12 weeks over the summer holidays. Our land team look to secure and buy land that has
significant development potential. Based out of our Southern Counties Office in Colden Common, Winchester this time will offer you the opportunity to learn about the construction industry and more specifically the land and planning function of the business.

The Programme
This opportunity is an 8 - 12 weeks internship, where you will gain an in-depth knowledge of land buying which will include the planning process behind acquiring land, searching for new land opportunities, as well as developing an understanding of house building.
During your internship, you will be responsible for identifying and tracking new land opportunities across the Southern Counties patch which stretches across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, and West Sussex by using a variety of sources.

What You Will Have
We are looking for a bright, tenacious, hard-working, IT-literate individual, who is keen to make their mark, and who can work under their own initiative and ability to find innovative and creative solutions to solve problems• Willingness to learn
