RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR
We are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our friendly and collaborative team, assisting with general administrative duties.
About you:
- Friendly, professional and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated, punctual, and organised with a key eye for detail
- Able to provide excellent client service and be able to demonstrate their commitment to delivering high standards of accuracy in all aspects of their role
- Enjoys using initiative with confidence, and able to communicate well at all levels
- Experience within a similar client facing role within a corporate environment
- Excellent written skills: spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- IT literate and able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook packages quickly and accurately
- Use of IRIS preferable, but training will be offered
This is an extremely varied role, which includes, but is not limited to;
- Ensuring the provision of an efficient telephone and ‘front of house’ service
- To prepare letters and documents
- Carry out administrative duties such as emailing, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
- Assisting in dealing with opening, logging, sorting and scanning of incoming post, and dealing with outgoing post
- Managing electronic diaries and coordinating meetings
- Assist with office supplies ordering
- Greet and assist visitors and contractors to the office
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- To maintain a safe working environment ensuring that the office complies with all relevant Health & Safety legislation
- Representing the office on the Firms internal committees
- Undertaking due diligence checks on new clients & preparing the documentation.
- Assisting with company secretarial matters for clients
- Organising & overseeing the routine maintenance of the building
