Customer service apprentice.
Brief overview:- Sales and admin role for an enthusiastic, self motivated person. The company Is based in Southampton and is a print and packaging company. A small friendly team we currently have one apprentice who is just coming to the end of his apprenticeship and we have offered him a full time position here at the company. The role will be covering all aspects of working in an office, answering the telephone dealing with customer requests for enquiries :- sales of our print and packaging service will be the primary role.
Apprenticeship Summary.
£10,400 it is negotiable
Working week
Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm
Friday 9am – 4pm

What will the apprentice be doing:
Taking calls over the phone and email info box for customer enquiries – new and existing clients.
Uploading the information onto the system
Learning all aspects of sales and business administration.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice gain:
Level 3 customer service specialist – a 15month course based on site with day release training from local college on site.
What is the expected career progression after the apprenticeship:
Full training will be given to the successful candidate for a long term career in the business after the apprenticeship ends.
