If you would like to gain knowledge and experience within an office setting where full training is provided, the role of Customer Service Advisor could be the right step to take. We are working closely with an outstanding, employee focused company who offer a wealth of training and development to their employees. They now have vacancies in their customer service team, and as a result, the Customer Service Manager is eager to train and develop a college or university leaver who wants to learn the ropes within a business environment.

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and one saturday per month 9am-1pm

Salary: £17,550-£18,000 per year plus overtime and annual bonus.

They provide an efficient and dedicated customer administration service to a nationwide client base. They are a medium size company with 60 employees, and they offer a welcoming and friendly environment. The company also have an in-house trainer who provides in-depth training to new employees.

What we are looking for:

You are a team player and really enjoy working with others. As you are speaking with customers daily, it is important that you have a polite and engaging telephone manner. You will also have good grammatical and numerical skills. The role includes: taking calls from customers, assisting customers with queries and product information, working with a team, navigating databases to record information and submitting quotations and order details to customers via email.
