Onsite learners and staff must notify us of any symptoms of Covid-19, or related concerns, under statutory and government requirements. 

The information you provide will be held securely in accordance with current data protection legislation which can be found here.

The information will be shared on a need-to-know basis with our Learner Mentor Team (learners), Human Resources (staff) and our Health and Safety Team in order to best support you, and may also be shared with NHS Test and Trace and public health authorities if we are legally obliged to do so. If you have any concerns about what will happen to the information you have provided on this form please contact please contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@eastleigh.ac.uk.

Learners and staff should tell Eastleigh College if they are isolating due to Covid-19, have symptoms or have had a positive test result.

To update us with your results please complete the forms below. Please only complete a results form if you have already completed a new case form in Step 1 above. You also only need to complete a results form if your test results were pending in Step 1.
