The information will be shared on a need-to-know basis with our Learner Mentor Team (learners), Human Resources (staff) and our Health and Safety Team in order to best support you, and may also be shared with NHS Test and Trace and public health authorities if we are legally obliged to do so. To update us with your results please complete the forms below. Please only complete a results form if you have already completed a new case form in Step 1 above. You also only need to complete a results form if your test results were pending in Step 1.
