What are the entry requirements?

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification other then you need to be in a job role that will allow you to meet the criteria of the qualification.

What does this programme involve?

To achieve the full qualification you will need to achieve 55 credits, the following are the Mandatory units: Organise and Deliver Customer Service Understand the Customer Service Environment Resolve Customers Problems Principles of Business Understand Customers and Customer Retention Manage Personal and Professional Development

How is the programme taught and assessed?

Once you have enrolled onto the programme you will be assigned an assessor that will visit you in the workplace regularly. They will complete assessment plans and reviews with you to keep you on target. They will support you in the collection of the required evidence needed for your qualification through different assessment methods such as; professional discussion, observations, written questions, verbal questions, witness statements and any assignments.

What else do I need to know?

This qualification will allow you to: Develop and demonstrate technical and wider sector-related knowledge to underpin competence in the job roles stated above. This includes the principles, and techniques for organising and delivering customer service, building and maintaining relationships with customers and an understanding of the legislation and regulations that governs the industry
? develop and demonstrate a range of technical skills and behaviours that supports competence in the job roles stated above. This includes resolving customer problems and complaints, communicating with customers, delivering non-routine customer service and supporting improvements in customer service
? develop their own personal growth and engagement in learning through the development of personal, learning and thinking skills (PLTS)
? have existing skills recognised
? achieve a nationally-recognised Level 3 qualification.

How do I apply?

If you are hoping to undertake a workbased apprenticeship, please be aware that you will need to be employed in a relevant role in industry and your employer must agree to your training.
