What are the entry requirements?

There are no formal entry requirements for this qualification.

What does this programme involve?

This qualification is designed to develop learners knowledge and understanding across a range of customer service concepts and practices.

There are 3 mandatory units that are required to be successfully completed and they are:

-Understand the organisation
-Prepare to deliver excellent customer service
-Communication in the customer service role

Learners must successfully demonstrate their achievement of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria of the units.

How is the programme taught and assessed?

Self study, 1:1 support from your assessor.

What else do I need to know?

It provides learners new to the customer service industry with an introduction into the legislation, policies and procedures followed in providing customer care, as well as identifying what makes good customer service, and how their own actions may affect customer satisfaction.

How do I apply?

If you are hoping to undertake a workbased apprenticeship, please be aware that you will need to be employed in a relevant role in industry and your employer must agree to your training.
