Industry led qualifications with opportunities to work as transport planners, supply chain manager and port workers, an apprenticeship as International Trade Managers, Logistics Managers or Higher Education
What will I be learning?
Learners will be able to identify methods of transporting goods nationally and internationally, ensuring safe transport of goods, tracking from pick up to delivery and the implications of international transportation. You will look at technologies used and the automation of the industry identifying opportunities to make improvements.

New courses launched to re-train 18-19s for high-demand work
Eastleigh College has launched a new range of courses called ‘Bounce Back Technical and Professional Qualifications’ to support 18 and 19-year-olds find work in targeted high-demand sectors like engineering, construction, and social care. These courses are free to applicants as part of the measures announced on 8 July in the Chancellor’s ‘Plan for Jobs’ boost for the post-Covid future. The College is now taking applications for the new courses.
