Did you know the UK is the 6th largest economy in the world? This means there are lots of exciting opportunities for entrepreneurs and employees who have a sound understanding of business enterprise, events, finance, marketing, sales and management. In a highly competitive market, our programmes will encourage you to stand out from the crowd by developing the knowledge, planning, organisational, team work and practical skills you will need to progress onto university or employment within business enterprise or event management.
Every year the Event Management department at Eastleigh College host the 'Entrepreneur of the Year' awards, where one student is selected and awarded the prize for the best performing student of the year. This year, the awards were sponsored by Concept Building Services, who currently employ many Apprentices through the College.
Generally studied by 16-18 year olds as an alternative to A-Levels.
The Eastleigh College Board and Senior Management Team have launched an ambitious strategy for the period 2020-24 that sets out the College’s priorities to see more learners, be more successful, more often.
The College has remained open throughout the Covid-19 pandemic for many learners and as from September 2020 all learners (including those planning to attend at College House) have returned to a full high-quality education programme as per government guidelines.
