What opportunities will this course give me?
A Hospitality Supervisor can operate in a range of functions across a business, this may be Food & Beverage Service, Front office, Housekeeping, Concierge or Events and is likely to appeal to an apprentice who has a clear career path in mind after working in one or more of the occupation. The primary objective of a Hospitality Supervisor occupation apprentice is to gather the skills, knowledge and behaviours to prepare them for supervision/management within the industry.
What will I be learning?
You will learn about the front of house operation and the supervisory skills required.

Our team of professionals will deliver the training with a blended approach to enhance learners knowledge, skills and behaviours to include:-
• One evening per month attendance at Eastleigh College
• Online weekly lessons via our digital delivery platform - Google Classroom
• Directed study with remote delivery support

What do I need to sign up?
Additionally, unless exempt on entry, apprentices will be required to achieve Level 1 Functional Skills in English & Maths and take the test at Level 2 prior to undertaking the end point assessment.
Is there anything else I need to know?
The apprenticeship is assessed independently at the end of your programme of learning.
This is called an End Point Assessment.
End point assessment methods:-
• Practical observation
• Business project
• Professional discussion
