The Level 3 courses are ideal if you are in, or are looking to progress into, a team leading / supervisory / junior management role within any industry. As your management career progresses you can move on to the Level 5 qualifications.
There are no formal entry requirements but students are expected to be able to study at Level 3 and will need to be able to do basic word-processing and are likely to have English and Mathematics Level 2 qualifications.
The Award is a single Unit qualification covering Key Principles of Management and Leadership. The Certificate has three further Units - Improving Your Own Management and Leadership Performance; Recruiting and Selecting Staff; and Principles of Budgets and Financial Information.
Classes are taught in an interactive learning environment and include group work and individual study that link to your own work place activities. Tutors will be on-hand to guide and support you through your qualification.

Level 3 Business Administration students have been working in partnership with The Braishfield Pantry, a community shop and café based in Romsey, to help the organisation improve their profitability.
