At least 2 years experience of the building industry, A face to face interview with course manager to assess suitability. A BKSB Maths assessment result of Entry 3 or higher
Small scale masonry repairs, painting and decorating, plastering, plumbing and carpentry. A level 2 diploma in maintenance operations
The student will be expected to carry out research on computers (course lessons available from home via moodle) and from books. All practical training and assessments take place in the workshops. All relavent training will be given prior to assessment
Those employed in the construction, repair, maintenance, refurbishment work based industries.
You will be expected to bring steel toe capped boots, a pen and a lever arch folder for your coursework
