Job Description:

You will play a critical role in helping to create a culture of continuous learning by providing comprehensive administrative support which enables individuals to develop their skills, knowledge, and experience, add value and drive organisational performance.

Variation in this role is a given, and you will be actively involved in:

  • Supporting, promoting and delivering elements of a successful and engaging Early Career programme across the Group,
  • Engaging with Early Career cohorts across the business, their managers and their training providers to identify learning and development needs and track their progress on programme,
  • Plan and organise events both developmental and social to increase engagement across the programme,
  • Work with our Colleague Engagement Specialist to share early career success stories to increase awareness of the programmes across the group,
  • Work with the marketing team to utilise social media and where appropriate link with National campaigns to promote our early career programme and opportunities outside of Hendy Group to increase applications,
  • Work with the Learning and Development Specialist and the Talent and Resourcing Team to ensure seamless onboarding of those on the Early Career programme,

You will complete the Learning and Development Specialist level 3 apprenticeship and become CIPD accredited. 

About you: 

GCSE Mathematics and English is desirable but ultimately, this role will be a great fit for anyone that has a passion for learning. You will be passionate about your own learning, and supporting others with their development.
