Job Description:

Duties will include;

  • Answering phones and handling queries or forwarding to relevant department
  • Responding to emails, including internal and external
  • Familiarisation of our operations software system
  • Data Entry onto our operations software system
  • Assisting with finances and accounts
  • Filing, scanning and various other administrational tasks
  • Liaising with the drivers and operations team
  • Supporting management when required
  • Spending time in various departments such as admin, accounts, warehouse and transport

 

Meachers will provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure you complete the above duties to the best of your ability.

Hopefully progressing on to a full time role with the employer upon successful completion of the apprenticeship

Qualifications:

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) Essential
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) Essential

Considerations:

Driving licence and access to your own car is an advantage due to limited public transport.  Candidates must be 18 or over due to insurance purposes.
