What will I be learning?
Do you ever look at a person and love how confident they are? Self Confidence is how much trust you have within yourself, your capabilities, qualities or ideas. It is a ripple effect; the more confident a person is, the more they are able to achieve or allow themselves to enjoy the moment. Confidence is not something that someone has been born with, this has been built through time and experiences. What would life look like if you are confident in yourself?
You will primarily learn through discussions, activities, group work, pair work, observation and practice.
