Our FREE Cooking on a Budget workshop is perfect if you are on a tight budget and are struggling for inspiration in the kitchen. As food costs continue to rise, it is getting more and more challenging to make your money stretch further.

What will I be learning?
This workshop will help you prepare cheap, quick and nutritious meals, make the most of your store cupboard ingredients, and reduce food waste by showing you how to make the best use of your leftovers.
We will cover:
Essential cookery skills
Advice on healthy eating and nutrition
How to create a weekly shopping list
Menu planning on a tight budget
Using leftover ingredients
Why is this course for me?
Whilst you will not gain a professional qualification on this course, this is a great way learn new skills and meet new people in a relaxed and informal setting.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and share ideas.

You will be supported by a qualified tutor who will help you make tasty dishes you can take home at the end of the workshop. We aim to create an inclusive and positive environment, providing a safe social space for you to meet new people in the community and learn new skills.
