What opportunities will this course give me?

What will I be learning?
You will be taught through demonstration by the lecturer and then receive one to one assistance throughout the day.
The recipes will include:
Hot water crusty pastry (to make beautiful pork mace and apple pies)
Pate Sucree (for a traditional bakewell tart)
Pate a Choux
You will also receive lots of creative ideas and a worksheet to take home with sensational recipes.
Why is this course for me?
There will be demonstrations, opportunities to ask questions and one to one support.
What do I need to sign up?
There are no formal entry requirements necessary for this course. However some experience of cooking would be beneficial.
Is there anything else I need to know?
You will need to bring an apron, containers to take items home, electric scales if you have them and a pastry scraper if you have one.
A list of ingredients will be provided approximately one week before the course.
Students will be responsible for the purchase of ingredients from the list provided.
