What opportunities will this course give me?
Come along to our FREE clay coil pot workshop based at Eastleigh College. Whether you are experiencing loneliness, mental ill health, or just want to try out a new hobby, our aim is to create an inclusive and supportive environment, providing a safe social space for you to meet new people in the community, and learn new skills.
The benefits of creativity are huge! Artistic activities can be a great stress reliever, boosting confidence and resilience, and helping you to stay well. Studies have shown that creating art stimulates the release of dopamine, a natural chemical that can make you feel happy and relaxed.
Please take a look at our other free wellbeing courses running later in the year which form part of our Community Learning Programme.
Eastleigh College offer a variety of leisure courses to suit all interests - please browse the website for further details.
