Local law firm Blake Morgan are delighted to be recognised for the high-quality apprenticeship training they offer their staff, in partnership with Eastleigh College.
The law firm has been announced as the Number 1 Employer for Apprenticeship Training by specialist recruitment service The Job Crowd, who highlighted the high-quality training Blake Morgan and Eastleigh College provides through their Apprenticeship schemes.

Building on the success of its partnership with employers across the country, Eastleigh College also plans to launch a new Apprenticeship, in partnership with Blake Morgan and fellow legal firm Warner Goodman in response to the growing needs of the industry. The Advanced Apprenticeship in Paralegal offers an opportunity for those studying it to develop an understanding of the legal system, court hierarchy and disputes, and enhanced skills in case management and client care.

I’m excited that we’re able to develop courses to meet employer needs and support businesses in every way we can.”
The College is the third largest college provider of Apprenticeships in the country, based on funding, and currently works with over 4,000 employers. The College’s Apprenticeship Experts team can offer a package of training benefitting all areas within a business, from roles in HR and finance through to business administration and management and can tailor the courses to meet the needs of individual businesses. With 71% off apprentices staying with the same employer after completing their training, it is a huge benefit for employers to take on apprentices, who can grow within the business and could become tomorrow’s leader. Eastleigh College hosted a hustings ahead of this week's general election, giving students and apprentices the opportunity to hear from and question representatives from parties standing for the Eastleigh constituency. Paul Holmes (Conservatives), Sam Jordan (Labour) and Rob Meldrum (Green) attended the event along with ex Liberal Democrat MP, Mike Thornton, who represented local candidate, Lynda Murphy.
