Eastleigh College is now closed to the vast majority of learners and has now moved to online learning. The College remains open for 16-18 year old learners of key workers, and those learners with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). However for both categories, learners are asked to stay at home where it is safe to do so. Consistent with public health advice, learners and staff are asked to follow public health guidance and the steps outlined via the 'read more' button.
College House at Eastleigh College has been proudly awarded the Customer Service Excellence Standard for its service to both students and their parents.
A licenced certification body assessed College House against set criteria including Customer Insight, The Culture of the Organisation, Information and Access, Delivery and Timeliness and Quality of Service. The report issued an Overall Self-assessment of ‘Strong’ and an Overall outcome of ‘Successful’!
Feedback from the report stated that College House is a cohesive family that is supportive of each other whilst still recognising and embracing individuality. It highlighted that College House responds promptly to suggestions, contributes to the local community, is polite and friendly and has exceeded challenging satisfaction targets set in the past year.
College House is a residential campus providing independent living skills to young learners with moderate learning difficulties. It is the only residential facility of its kind attached to a College of Further Education.
