The 2016 Holiday Inn Takeover is underway!
Earlier this year, 70 Hospitality and Catering students took part in an exciting project to run the Holiday Inn Hotel in Eastleigh for two days. In January 2016, the students plan to take over the entire hotel again, managing all the departments including housekeeping, front office and catering.
Employers dine at East Avenue
Last Wednesday, local employers from the Catering and Hospitality industry came to Eastleigh College to dine at the new East Avenue restaurant and celebrate its launch.

Motor Vehicle students build fastest car at Solent LEP event
Our Motor Vehicle students recently attended the Solent Skills Summit 2015, and competed against other teams to build a rocket-propelled car similar to the design by the Bloodhound Project Team.
