Commitments to positive mental health reaffirmed

Supporting the mental health of students and staff is a major ongoing commitment for Eastleigh College. The latest initiative is the launch of an online Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub to promote wellbeing and proactively support student and staff mental health challenges.

Eastleigh College in Top 50 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2021

The recent NCFD FREDIE Awards put Eastleigh College in 48th place in the Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces Index 2021. The College began working with the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) in 2020 to further embed its workplace values of ambition, respect, resilience and professionalism in all college activities.

Demand for Healthcare and Nursing courses rises amid pandemic

Eastleigh College is reporting a surge in demand for Health and Social Care courses, with a third more school-leavers applying for our Level 2 and Level 3 courses, including the unique Pathway to Nursing course that the college runs in partnership with University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust.
