Information, support and guidance
Similar to summer 2020, we understand that this has been a difficult and challenging time for all learners undertaking qualifications this academic year. The College will be open for support and guidance related to results, general College queries and course related queries throughout the summer results period.
We also understand that some results may not be as expected. In this event learners can contact us on the number above where a dedicated team of advisors will be able to provide support and guidance around learners’ options and next steps.
Any learners who have any concerns over your place at College or want any further information please contact us as soon as you can.
Learners who have a query over any of their results during this unprecedented period may find the attached Ofqual guidance of use. It provides detail in relation to how grades have been awarded, appeals and general information about teacher assessment grades for summer 2021.
If you have a question or query regarding your grade please contact the College at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will be on hand to respond.
