2020 Exam and Qualification results update
Exceptional arrangements for sharing qualification outcomes and exam results.
Due to the exceptional arrangements in place for awarding qualifications in 2020 and the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic there will be some changes in the way the College confirms and shares results with learners this year.
The College will not be open for learners to collect exam results or certificates on either A- level (Level 3) results day (13 August 2020) or GCSE (Level 2) results day (20 August 2020). Please see further detail below:
Level 3 Professional and Technical Qualifications
Due to the staggered way we are receiving results from awarding organisations and the exceptional arrangements for awarding qualifications that was put in place for summer 2020, we will send learners’ certificates to their home addresses as soon as we receive them.
Learners who have not received their certificate or result prior to Thursday 13 August 2020 will receive their result and e-certificate (where available) via email.
Any queries or questions regarding centre assessment grades can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will be on hand to respond.
Level 2 Professional and Technical Qualifications, GCSEs and Functional Skills qualifications
GCSE learners will receive an email with their grade on Thursday 20 August 2020 after 8am. Certificates will be posted as soon as the College receives them.
For all other Level 2 Professional and Technical qualifications and Functional Skills qualifications, we will post certificates to learners as soon as they have been received by the College. Any queries or questions regarding centre assessment grades can be emailed to email@example.com and one of our team will be on hand to respond.
All other qualifications and qualification levels
We will send certificates to learners at their home address as soon as we receive them. Any queries or questions regarding centre assessment grades can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will be on hand to respond.
Information, support and guidance
We understand that this has been a difficult and challenging time for all learners undertaking qualifications this academic year. The College will be open for support and guidance related to results, general College queries and course related queries throughout the summer results period.
We also understand that some results may not be as expected. In this event learners can contact us on the number above where a dedicated team of advisors will be able to provide support and guidance around learners’ options and next steps.
