We are recruiting for an ambitious, professional, resilient and respectful:
Trainer in Hospitality and Catering
Salary up to £28,878 per annum, up to £35,716 per annum if accessing full flexible pay options.
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Fixed term contract for 3 months.

Duties:
- Provide training and assessment in appropriate disciplines to a range of learners on their selected programme.
- Be responsible for a case load of candidates ensuring timely completion within agreed timescales with learners.
- Support the tracking and recording of the vocational progress of learners on a regular basis and organise formal reviews between learner and employer in line with individual learning plan.
- To develop and implement timely, safe, consistent and relevant assessments, assessment plans and resources that are linked to initial and current assessments.
Skills/experience:
- Highly motivated professional in Hospitality and/or Catering with a range of industry experience.
- Either teaching/mentoring experience or have supported apprentices in the work place.
- Well organised and hold an excellent range of communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Relevant subject qualification at level 3 or equivalent.
- A1 assessors award or equivalent.
- Willingness to work towards teaching qualification / or to hold a teaching qualification.
