Eastleigh College is looking for a Receptionist to support the Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) and Admissions team and offer a professional, warm and friendly first point of contact for visitors, students and prospective students to our campus.

As the Receptionist, you will be contributing to the running of an efficient and responsive reception service, which will support the professional, high quality image of Eastleigh College.  You will greet visitors, deal with telephone and email enquiries, support our students by directing them to the appropriate member of staff or department, operate the pool car and minibus booking service, hire additional vehicles as required, operate the visitor’s parking process and contribute to the clerical process that underpin the IAG and Admissions Department.

As the College receptionist, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, ICT knowledge and ideally some experience in customer service.

You will be will be friendly, professional and approachable.

This is a part time / term time post but you will be expected to work on a rota, which could include some evening work with time off in lieu.
