Minibus Driver (Supported Learning)

Salary: £9.28 per hour

Hours: 13.5 hours per week to be worked flexibly between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm

Term-Time only (36 weeks per year)

Fixed Term until 10th July 2022

Start date: 13th September 2021

A day in the life of…..

Transporting students from main campus to the Hive/College House. Drivers will work closely with escorts to ensure the safe transportation of learners.

  • Mon: 8.45 - 9.45am and 3.30 - 5.00pm
  • Tues: 8.00 - 9.45am and 3.30 - 5.00pm
  • Weds: 9.15 - 10.30am and 3.30 - 5.00pm
  • Thurs: 8.30 - 9.45am and 3.30 - 4.45pm
  • Fri: 8.30 - 9.45am and 3.30 - 4.45pm

Skills/experience required:

Experience in driving a mini-bus (17 seater). Previous experience working with vulnerable learners desirable.

Qualifications required:

  • Possession of a PCV license or D1.
  • Midas trained or be prepared to undertake the training.
