Lecturer/Assessor in Dental Nursing 

Job title: Lecturer in Access Sciences

Salary: Up to £23,811 per annum, pro rata (unqualified teacher status)

             Up to £34,917 per annum/ pro rata (qualified teacher status)

Hours: 4-6 hours per week, subject to further review

Fixed Term Sessional Contract

Start date: September 2021

A day in the life of…..

We are seeking a Lecturer and Assessor in the delivery of the QCF Dental Nursing Diploma qualification. You   will use your knowledge and experience to support candidates to achieve the Diploma and/or Standards Apprenticeship in Dental Nursing

You will be expected to travel for this role, including the IOW.

Skills/experience required:

You must have relevant experience as a qualified Dental Nurse and be registered with the General Dental Council.

Qualifications required:

You will hold the NVQ QCF Assessor qualification or equivalent. It is desirable that you hold a teaching qualification.

Ideal attributes of applicant:

You must be highly motivated, work well in a team and be interested in supporting students to reach their desired goal.
