You will be a professional administrator with experience of working in a customer focused and fast paced office. As the IAG assistant, you will be required to deliver excellent customer service whether face to face, or over the phone even when under pressure.

As an Information Advice Guidance and Admissions Assistant your duties will include college admissions, answering telephone queries and liaising with different departments throughout the college as well as with the public. You will also be required to carry out duties in the cash office and on the reception desks.

You will preferably have office experience and hold a GCSE Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent) and ideally be qualified to Level 2 in IAG or Business Administration. You must be IT competent and have experience using Microsoft Office packages. You should enjoy working with others and have the ability to work under pressure whilst using your own initiative.
