Customer Service Team Leader

Salary: £26,746 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year


Start date: ASAP

A day in the life of…..

The successfully appointed person will lead the customer service team as we support our learners through their application to enrolment journey. Providing information, advice and guidance in a friendly and professional way. This person will ensure applicants make informed choices about courses and programmes available to them, and will understand the financial implications of choices. The appointed person will have a passion and flair for customer service and a commitment to support individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations.

Skills/experience required:

We would want to see you have proven experience and skills delivering the highest levels of customer service through others, experience of leading a team, experience of working with young people and adults in post 16 education, ability to work to deadlines, reporting skills and being comfortable in public speaking,

Essential would be sound Microsoft office skills and knowledge of the Pro suite would be a distinct advantage.

Qualifications required:

IAG Level 4

Maths and English C or 4 and above

A management qualification of L3 or above would be an advantage

Ideal attributes of applicant:

We are looking for a customer service professional, who is an excellent communicator with adults and young people, an energetic and dynamic person, who is highly organised, enthusiastic, and a skilled team leader. The successful applicant will be willing to undergo further training and development
