We are recruiting for an ambitious, professional, resilient and respectful:
Adult and Online Team Leader
Salary of £27,246 per annum, up to £33,404 per annum if accessing full flexible pay options.
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
Closing date - 17th August 2022.

Duties:
- Lead a team of online trainers and administrator colleagues to deliver an innovative and unrivalled adult learning delivery, meeting funding and outcome targets.
- Manage the Eastleigh College Online team of online trainers to establish the College as a leading online education training provider in England.
- Successfully implement College strategy ensuring that learners receive the highest standard of customer service, and to provide learners with education and training solutions that respond to their needs and requirements.
- Lead and manage the monitoring and evaluation of learner progress and ensure high quality learner support inline with College policy.
- Work with nominated staff to organise procedures for moderation and verification, including arrangement for external visits.
Skills/experience:
- Highly motivated team leader with a range of adult learning and online delivery experience.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team and problem solve issues as they arise.
- Experience of managing a team of online tutors to effectively manage their learner caseloads.
- Well organised and hold an excellent range of communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.
Qualifications:
- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Level 3 qualification in relevant subject or equivalent.
- Level 3 Team Leading or Management is desirable.
