We are recruiting for an ambitious, professional, resilient and respectful:

Learner Records Administrator

Salary of up to £19,642 per annum, up to £24,081 per annum if accessing full flexible pay options.

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Duties:

  • Provide a flexible, efficient and comprehensive support service within the Learner Records Team and further support both the examination team and timetables & registers coordinator where required.
  • Providing accurate data entry of learner data, and carrying out audit of learner documents, ensuring full compliance with funding and audit requirements.
  • Updating learner management information systems in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Raising queries and amendments to data with curriculum areas, monitoring to a satisfactory outcome, escalating queries where necessary to senior team members and line manager.

Skills/experience:

  • Highly motivated administrator within an office environment.  
  • Understanding in interpreting and complying with detailed processes.
  • Able to manager own workload and prioritise task as required.
  • Well organised and hold an excellent range of communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft IT packages.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
  • Business, Administration or IT qualification preferable, but not essential.
  • Willingness to work towards relevant qualification for the post.
