As the Apprenticeship Administrator within Apprenticeship Services across three departments, you will be the first point of contact for initial enquires regarding applications, telephone calls, emails, organising interviews and inductions along with preparing documentation to assist the Senior Administrator and Apprenticeship Officers. The ability to manage several in-house databases to include Pro-Engage which captures opportunities and employer engagement, Pro-Solutions to capture and track new enrolments as well as external databases to include awarding body websites, government websites such as ACE to claim apprenticeship frameworks certificates, Recruit an Apprentice and managing apprenticeship vacancies on the Eastleigh College website. Effective Communication and Planning & Organising skills together with the ability to work as part of a team are key requirements of the role.
You will also be required to undertake general administration duties including organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes of meetings, processing incoming and outgoing mail, preparing reports, maintaining records, archiving and transferring of folders to the relevant departments.
