This is a great opportunity to meet your new classmates, chat to your tutors and get a taste for what college campus life is like here at Eastleigh College.

The Student Finance, student support team, Student Union and Apprenticeships will be available during breaks to talk through any concerns or queries.

Don't forget to register below so we can give you a FREE refectory voucher on the day.

Students should make their own way to the reception on Chestnut Avenue on the day, where they will be guided to their designated areas and signed in.

Timings:

  • There are 2 sessions throughout the day-one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
  • Your invitation sent through the post will advise you which part of the day to attend.
  • Some courses have specific requirements on what to bring or wear to the event (See below)

Deadline for Bursary/funding Application Forms

Having your form in by this date means it will be assessed, and if you are eligible awards will be in place for the start of term.

If appropriate, DBS application forms, uniform and kit order forms should be returned to College ASAP so we can make sure the things you need to be able to start the programme are available to you from the start of term.


22nd August 2019

GCSE results day

Tutors and our Careers Advisor are available to support you with your options, whether your grades are lower or higher than you anticipated.

 

W/C 5th August 2019


A formal invitation will be given to students with a date and time slot to come in and enrol with us.


W/C 26th August 2019 (Excluding Bank Holidays)

Full-time enrolment week- exact dates will be given closer to the date.

Remember your Identification and GCSE grades.

Photos will be taken for student Identification.

 

W/C 2nd September 2019

Induction Week

You will be told dates and times at enrolment.  Timetables will be issued at induction.


W/C 9th September 2019

Start of Term

Support teams are on site throughout the Summer, so drop in, call or and remember to check the class of 18/19 area of the website for all the detail you need for your course.
