We want to give all of our students the best possible experience, and we have an array of support services in place to help you to succeed.

Full-time Learners
All full-time learners will be allocated a personal tutor who will provide you with support and guidance throughout your time at Eastleigh College. They should be your first point of contact if you need help or advice with day to day or long-term needs. Your tutor will monitor your course work, ensuring you are keeping up to date and making progress as expected. They will also help you with any personal concerns you may have, and if they can't help, they will introduce you to someone who can.

Part-time Learners
Your subject tutor should be your first point of contact for help and advice, and will be able to give you regular feedback on how you are progressing.

We have a Counselling Team that can take time to support you through difficult times, and the Chaplain is also available.

The Designated Tutor may be able to assist you with accessing additional financial support, or making contact with agencies that can provide support. The Designated Tutor can also liaise with Tutors and external agencies to ensure your needs are being met, or just be someone you can talk to confidentially.

For further information contact the Head of Student Support Services (Designated Tutor) on 023 8091 1235 or go to the Additional Learning Support Centre located at the rear of the Learning Resource Centre.
