As an Eastleigh College student, you will have access to an extensive range of enrichment activities and will be able to make use of a variety of college facilities, to ensure you enjoy both your study time and social time.
Enrichment activities are an opportunity for you to develop and broaden your skills and enjoyment of College life. Activities on offer include Dance & Drama, Personal Skills, Volunteering, Sports & Fitness, Activities and Trips. Some of these activities can lead to a qualification or College certificate.
Eastleigh College provides students with excellent IT facilities and with over 400 personal computers, all with internet access, you will have tremendous support for both your coursework and research.
Students are able to put their views forward on College developments and contribute to improving the student experience through the student reps meetings. Each course nominates two students to participate in regular meetings. Two student governors are elected annually to represent the student body at meetings of the Board of Governors.
Most courses include an element of work experience, enabling you to put classroom theory into practice and gain a realistic understanding of the workplace.
