Red Carpet Restaurant
The Red Carpet Restaurant & Bistro is Eastleigh College's very own restaurant, where the students on the Hospitality and Catering courses are given the opportunity to work in a professional environment. The students are given the chance to gain valuable experience, by working in the kitchen, behind the licensed bar, and by demonstrating their service and customer skills.
The Restaurant is open to the public during term-time for excellent food and drink at reasonable prices. Lunches are served on Wed, Thur & Fri, at 1215 and 1230, while Dinner is served on Thur & Fri at 1845 and 1900. Advance booking recommended.
Three course lunches are from £6.50 per head and four course dinners from £14.00; these are all prepared, cooked and served by our professional hospitality students. Themed lunches and dinners are also offered throughout the year. Groups of up to 60 people can be catered for.
