Eastleigh say Cheese with Chris Huhne!

Eastleigh College has been continuing its celebration of all things cheese today, with a visit from Eastleigh MP Chris Huhne, and Ness and Gwynn Williams from Loosehanger Cheeses. Chris Huhne joined Councillors Chris Thomas and Peter Wall dining in the College's very own Red Carpet Restaurant, while the cheese-makers had the pleasure of sampling the mouth-watering dishes made from their own cheeses.

The Red Carpet restaurant has been serving delicious recipes dreamt up by the students using Loosehanger cheese for the last three days, as well as a cheese board sampling the best cheeses.

Ness Williams from Loosehanger Cheeses said:
'It's great… these are the best recipes we've tasted using our cheeses'.

The Eastleigh Cheese Festival takes place this weekend, and has been a great opportunity for the College to get more involved with the Council and community as a whole.
