

The Eastleigh College Scolarest once again impressed students and staff with a one-day only Halloween special themed menu. The team put together spooky dishes such as Ghostly Ghoulash and cackled over a cauldron of Veggie Witches Hat Broth. These were both served with Rotting Vegetables and followed by Blood-Curdling Crumble.
Tracey Hobbs, Catering Manager said:
'The main aim of the theme days is to hopefully encourage a few more people to use our facilities, who for one reason or another don't always visit us. The Halloween theme day unfortunately could not be run on Halloween as we are all on half-term, but the students seemed to enjoy the event, particularly the Horror Jellies and Gory Sponge!
These events also give my team the chance to have a little fun whilst still delivering great customer service.'
The Halloween menu was a great success both with students and staff, and we look forward to the next Scolarest theme day!
